Submit up to 3 poems per submission for a maximum of 3 poems per submission period.
Fiction
Submissions should not exceed 5,000 words. Submit one piece per submission and one piece per submission period.
Creative Nonfiction
Submissions should not exceed 3,000 words. Submit one piece per submission and one piece per submission period.
We accept submissions from January 1 through February 21. Work must be submitted electronically via Submittable. Submissions may close earlier is maximum is met.
All submissions must be primarily written in English and must be the original, unpublished work of the author.
Contributors receive one copy of the issue in which they are published and an opportunity to participate in Washington Square On Air and Washington Square Reads.
